Seeding at HAGA Oud’s 50ha plantation; the tree reaches its mature age of about 10-11 years.
At its mature age, the tree is stimulated to secrete a type of scented resin which through 2-3 years of hardening, forms Oud, ready for harvesting.
The Oud harvested is cleaned by skilled artisans totally by hand, to turn out mainly resin with little white wood left.
The Oud after cleaning is the raw material for all of HAGA Oud’s 100% natural products.
